LinguaScene provides an AI-assisted language practice platform. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features of LinguaScene require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to LinguaScene. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not attempt to

• Reverse engineer or extract the AI models used by the platform.
• Automate access to the service in ways that abuse rate limits.
• Share your account access with other people.
• Use the service to generate harmful or illegal content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

LinguaScene is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
